Yes. The Lumbini Pilgrimage is one of our most gentle itineraries โ€” a slow, mindful journey with comfortable accommodation, private ground transport, and ample rest time. We accommodate elderly guests and those with limited mobility with care.

Please mention any health conditions or mobility requirements at the time of booking so we can arrange appropriate support.

The two ideal seasons are:
  • ๐ŸŒธ Spring (March โ€“ May): Clear skies, blooming rhododendrons, pleasant temperatures of 10โ€“20ยฐC at altitude.
  • ๐Ÿ‚ Autumn (September โ€“ November): The most popular season โ€” stable weather, sharp mountain views, vibrant festival calendar (Dashain, Tihar).
Avoid June โ€“ August (monsoon season) for high-altitude treks as trails can be slippery and visibility is poor.

  • ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ Indian nationals: No visa required to enter Nepal. A valid Indian passport or Voter ID is sufficient.
  • ๐ŸŒ Most other nationalities: Visa on arrival is available at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and major land border crossings. Fee: USD 25 (15 days), USD 40 (30 days), USD 100 (90 days).
  • ๐Ÿ”ด Restricted nationalities: A small number of countries require advance visas. Please check with the Nepal Embassy in your country before travel.
We help all our guests with visa guidance as part of pre-departure support.

  • โœ… Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee.
  • โš ๏ธ Cancellation 15โ€“29 days before: 50% refund.
  • โŒ Cancellation within 14 days: No refund (tour costs are pre-committed).
For medical emergencies or natural disasters, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
